Waterfield Advisors, an independent wealth advice and a multifamilial office has lifted $ 18 million in a financing tour led by Jungle Ventures, a venture capital fund that managed assets of more than a billion dollars.
This investment marks an important step in the Waterfield course while it continues to set up its proposal for a pioneering wealth advice and focused on the customer in India.
Since its creation in 2011, Waterfield has increased rapidly and has now advised more than $ 5 billion in assets on behalf of ~ 375 customer groups in seven strategic locations in the country.
The new capital will be deployed to improve the technological infrastructure of the company, expand its presence in the main financial centers and deepen customer engagement in various segments in demography rich in India.
The agreement includes primary and secondary transactions, with a primary infusion of $ 15 million. Ernst & Young LLP (EY) acted as an exclusive transaction advisor.
